Growth & Beyond – Disputes, Refunds & Chargebacks – Terms & Conditions

 

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation request is made before the service has been availed. Once a counselling session has commenced or admissions guidance has been delivered, the payment is considered fully utilized and non‑refundable.
  • Cancellation Requests: Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing (via email or official communication) 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Approved cancellations will be processed as per our stated cancellation policy.
  • Non‑Refundable Services: If a client attends or begins the scheduled counselling/admissions service, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Disputes: Growth & Beyond prioritizes resolving disputes amicably through direct communication with the client. If disputes cannot be resolved internally, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
  • Chargebacks:
    • Clients are advised that initiating a chargeback after availing services is considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Growth & Beyond reserves the right to contest chargebacks with supporting evidence of service delivery.
    • Any costs incurred due to unjustified chargebacks may be passed on to the client.
  • Transparency: All terms regarding non‑refundability, cancellation conditions, and dispute resolution are communicated clearly before payment is made, ensuring clients are fully informed prior to availing services.

 

Fees & Non‑Refund Policy

  • All fees paid to Growth & Beyond are non‑refundable.
  • Payments are collected for our professional guidance, expertise, and time, not for guaranteed results.
  • We do not guarantee:
    • Admission to any university or college
    • Visa approval
    • Scholarships or financial aid
  • No refunds will be provided in cases such as:
    • Change of mind or personal reasons
    • University or visa rejection
    • Delays or issues due to incomplete or incorrect documents
    • Changes in rules by universities, embassies, or governments

 

Cancellation

  • Once services have started, cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits.
  • If the client stops responding, delays submissions, or chooses not to continue, the service will be considered active and delivered.
  • Growth & Beyond reserves the right to stop services without refund if:
    • False or misleading information is provided
    • There is misuse of services or inappropriate behavior

 

Important Note

  • Our role is advisory and supportive. Final decisions always rest with the client and the respective universities, institutions, or authorities.

 

Acceptance

By enrolling with Growth & Beyond, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
